The Grup Blasi is a reference organization in the tourism sector that offers high quality services. They are strongly oriented towards families and groups staying at the facilities, to innovation, efficiency and effectiveness in all the processes as well as to the respect for the environment. This careful work makes them aware of the precautions and care needed when elaborating the dishes for people with coeliac disease, both when choosing the raw material and when manipulating it. For this reason, they are ready to adapt most of their offer in most of the restaurants.
This year, at both Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou and Cambrils Park Resort there have been inspections carried out by the Coelics Association of Catalonia and the outcome has been very positive. On one hand, the restaurant La Masia at Cambrils Park Resort and the restaurant Sangulí at Camping & Resort Sangulí Salou have renewed the gluten free certifications. On the other hand, two new certifications have been given to Sangulí: one to the Restaurant Victòria opened in 2017; and the other to the Restaurant Tàrraco that this 2019 season has changed from snack bar to restaurant.
The Coeliacs Association of Catalonia is the first organization of the country that defends the interests of people with coeliac diseases. In addition to gathering more than 7.000 families from Catalonia, they are the reference body for factories, distributors and catering companies when presenting a business for people with coeliac diseases. The association emits a certificate with the ear crossed symbol and confirms restaurants that offer gluten free menus.
